HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTO SESSION?
Look through and check on package of your choice and fill out booking form! Someone will be back in touch with you within 24 hours to finish booking process.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR PHOTOSHOOTS?
For many reasons we do not shoot anyone under 13 years old.
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
No, sadly we can not refund deposits. They are put towards booking fees for makeup, hair, and studio fees.
DOES MY DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS MY PACKAGE?
Yes! All deposits go towards the total package price.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY SHOOT?
You will need shoes, stockings, and undergarments and any accessories or wardrobe you have that you would like to wear during your session. If your package DOES NOT INCLUDE WARDROBE you will need to provide your own. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY WARDROBE OR PROPS MADE FROM ANIMAL PRODUCTS.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
You may rebook your session only one time. After that initial rebook you will be asked to place a new deposit. Your scheduling email will have link to reschedule.
CAN MY BOYFRIEND, HUSBAND, FRIENDS, OR FAMILY COME TO MY SHOOT AND HANG OUT?
We are woman-centric photography studio, meaning we cater to nearly all females. We book several clients a day so there are always usually people in makeup, hair, shooting, and in the stages of getting in and out of wardrobe. We do not allow guests of our clients to come with them because our studio is small and it becomes crowded and cluttered very easily. Also because there are several clients in various stages of dress, we want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you for understanding.
MY APPOINTMENT IS SET FOR __O’CLOCK. SHOULD I GET THERE EARLIER FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP?
No. Hair and makeup appointments are factored in when booking a slot. Show up at your appointment time and you will be fine.
HOW LONG DOES A SHOOT TAKE?
If you are booking hair and makeup package, each look takes around 3 to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the look. If you are not booking hair and makeup then you will show up ready to shoot (with the exception of wardrobe) and shoots last around 60 to 90 minutes.
WILL I GET PRINTS WITH MY PACKAGE?
No. Our packages include digital media delivered via a Dropbox folder. Dropbox is a dependable source for transferring files. We do not do prints because anymore most clients just want the digital files so they can print what they want. If you require a print release we can provide one for you.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES AND HOW LONG ARE THEY GOOD FOR?
YES! We do offer gift certificates. You can purchase a gift certificate for any amount towards a package. Our gift certificates are digital so they are easy to purchase! Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the purchase date and can not be combined for multiple discounts if one was used to purchase the gift certificate.
